Over the past year, Essential Skills Ontario, in collaboration with provincial and territorial literacy coalitions, as well as other organizations, has been discussing Quality Assurance (QA) models and the possibility of applying these models to literacy and essential skills programming. As part of a larger project on Quality Assurance (QA) funded by the Government of Canada’s Adult Learning, Literacy and Essential Skills Program, a series of interviews were conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the different perspectives on QA for literacy and essential skills field.
