This interactive one-hour webinar will outline Program Logic Models, how they are used in program development and evaluation and how they underlie Performance Management processes.

By the end of the workshop participants will:

- Understand the history and purpose of program logic models
- Understand the model's structure, key terms and development steps
- Understand how the logic model of planning and evaluation can be applied to literacy

There will be time for questions at the end of the webinar.

Since joining the adult literacy field 1989, Anne Ramsay is currently Executive Network Director of Project READ Literacy Network. She has worked on provincial and national literacy projects and initiatives. Anne holds Certificates in Adult and Continuing Education from University of Victoria, Voluntary Sector Management from University of Guelph and Volunteer Management from Conestoga College. She joined Essential Skills Ontario's Board of Directors to support the growth of the sector and recognition of literacy practitioners.
